The qualified hydraulic oil is the guarantee of the reliable operation of the hydraulic system. Hydraulic oil

Hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system plays a role in the transmission of pressure, lubrication, cooling, sealing, hydraulic oil is not appropriate to select the early failure of the hydraulic system and the main reason for the decline in durability. Should be selected according to the "manual" in the name of the choice of hydraulic oil, special circumstances need to use alternative oil, should strive to its performance and the original brand performance. Different grades of hydraulic oil can not be mixed with the use of hydraulic oil to prevent chemical reaction, performance changes. Dark brown, milky white, strange smell of hydraulic oil is metamorphic oil, can not be used.

Prevention of solid impurities in hydraulic systems

Clean hydraulic oil is the life of the hydraulic system. There are many precision parts in the hydraulic system, some of which are small, some have gaps. If the solid impurity invasion will result in the precision parts, such as the strain, the hairpin, the oil channel blockage and so on, which will endanger the safe operation of the hydraulic system. General solid impurity invasion pathways: hydraulic system hydraulic oil dirty; unclean gas tool; refueling and maintenance after scaling and other hydraulic components. From the following aspects to prevent solid impurity invasion system:

2.1 refueling

The hydraulic oil must be filtered and filled. Do not remove the filter at the fuel tank at the fuel tank in order to improve the filling speed. Refueling personnel should use clean gloves and overalls to prevent solid impurities and fiber impurities into the oil.

2.2 maintenance time

Remove the hydraulic tank fuel tank cover, filter cover, detection hole, hydraulic oil pipes and other parts, resulting in the system should be avoided when exposed to dust, oil, demolition parts to be thoroughly cleaned before they can open. Such as the demolition of the hydraulic tank filler cap, remove the dirt around fuel tank cover, unscrew the oil tank cover, remove the residual in the joint position of the debris (not wash with water to prevent water infiltration, confirmed after cleaning tank) to open the fuel tank cap. The use of wiping material and the hammer, hammer should choose not to drop special materials and striking surface impurities attached rubber fiber. 2.3 cleaning of hydraulic system

Cleaning oil must use hydraulic oil with the same brand system, the oil temperature is between 45 to 80 degrees Celsius, with large flow as much as possible will take away the impurities in the system. After cleaning, clean the filter, replace the new filter and add new oil.

In addition, the air will make hydraulic oil oxidation, accelerate the deterioration of oil. Air intrusion prevention should pay attention to the following points:

1, repair and change according to the random "manual" provisions of the exclusion of air in the system, can be normal operation.

The suction nozzle 2, hydraulic pump shall not be exposed out of the oil surface, oil pipeline must be sealed well.

The shaft seal should be good, 3 pump drive, to replace the seal should be the use of "lips" authentic seal, do not use the "single lip seal" instead of "single lip seal", because only one-way sealing oil, does not have the function of sealing gas. The unit had a Liugong loader ZL50 overhaul, hydraulic pump automatic elevation fault continuous "cavitation" noise, the oil level in the tank, the hydraulic pump repair process, found that for hydraulic pump drive shaft seal "single lip seal" caused by misuse.

3.2 hydraulic system to prevent water intrusion

The oil contains excessive water, make the hydraulic component rust, oil emulsion modification, lubricating oil film strength decrease, accelerate the mechanical wear. In addition to the maintenance to prevent moisture intrusion, but also pay attention to the oil tank when not in use, to tighten the lid upside down, the best placed; after numerous water filter oil, each filter a replacement of a drying filter, in the absence of special equipment inspection, the oil drops to a hot plate, no smoke vapor and immediately burning to fill.

4.1 mechanical operation should be soft and smooth

Mechanical operation should avoid rough, otherwise it will inevitably produce impact load, so that mechanical failure frequency, greatly shorten the service life.
